The Michigan Developmental Disabilities Council is a statewide advocacy organization that advocates for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to become independent, productive and fully included members of their communities. The MDDC 2016 Annual Report outlines our accomplishments, grants, employment in Michigan, and financial status report.

The Home & Community Based Services Beneficiary Booklet is a great plain language version of what HCBS is and how it will affect people with disabilities.
