Oasis Community Membership or Supporting Membership - $45/year​

​

Membership has its advantages!

​​

  • Members-only social and educational events

  • Friendship building events for member young adults

  • Annual camping event for members.

  • Social activities for parents only such as: dinners out, wine tasting, etc.

  • Networking and connections with others in the Community Member Group

  • Social activities: potluck dinners, game night, movie night, ice cream socials, bingo, etc.

  • Recreational activities: adaptive biking, bowling, mini-golf, YMCA monthly activities, etc.

  • Email list and newsletter about Oasis events in the community, including events from our community navigation partners: The ARC, ASK, Disability Advocates, Beyond26, Puzzle Partners, West Michigan Down Syndrome Assoc. and YMCA programs for disabled adults.

  • Facebook Group

  • Requirement to volunteer for two activities, two events, a committee, or a board position each year The ability to serve as a board or committee member on a board

  • Learn about self-advocacy, community living and independence

  • Training classes such as:  Cooking, meal planning, home maintenance, etc.

  • Access to our Community Builder for an additional monthly fee as groups are created.
